Aims and modalities of treatment
Processing of the data is carried out for the following purposes:
- Collection and storage of personal data in order to provide the services of reservation / purchase
- Use of your data for marketing and promotional purposes; sending commercial information, price lists, offers, promotions, etc.. of our accomodation. The Hotel Alla Rosa guarantees that the personal data provided by users submitted in order to obtain informative material (newsletters about the activities and opportunities promoted by Hotel Alla Rosa clarifications concerning administrative procedures regarding the booking, etc..), will be used only to allow the delivery of the requested service and will be disclosed to third parties only if this is necessary and functional for that purpose.
Optional communication of personal data
Excluding net-surfing data, the user is free to give or not give their own data within the pre-viously designed forms for the transmission of information / news and to keep in touch with the accomodation itself. In case of not provided consent and in the case of failing to approve the data treatment, the Hotel Alla Rosa will be unable to provide the service required.
Handling procedure and rights of the customer

The data is processed for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Pursuant to the same article, the person concerned has the right to ask for the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data, and they may object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to such treatment. Compulsory or optional nature of data provision.
We also wish to inform that the transfer of personal data is necessary as it is used for the undertaking of contract or law requirements by our accommodation / hotel. Any refusal to provide data we consider fundamental (name, surname, address, e-mail, city, country, telephone), may result in the impossibility to start or continue with the relationship of contractual nature.
