Albergo Alla Rosa welcomes guests of all ages. However, due to the nature of its facilities and services, it is not specifically designed for children, particularly younger ones.
There are no dedicated services such as entertainment, play areas or specific equipment such as cots, travel cots, high chairs or bed rails.
For this reason, while all our guests are welcome, we especially recommend stays from the age of 12.
Check-in is available from 15:00 to 23:00.
For arrivals outside these hours, we ask you to contact us in advance: we will do our best to organise everything according to service availability.
Check-out must be by 10:00.
Any late check-out requests can be assessed directly at reception, based on availability. The service may include a surcharge.
The reservation remains valid according to the conditions confirmed at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any booked guests who do not take advantage of the stay.
In case of adding a guest not indicated at the time of booking, you must contact us before arrival.
We will verify the availability of an appropriate solution. It is not possible to add makeshift beds or solutions not provided for by the type booked.

For organisational reasons and for the proper management of the service, it is not possible to take food out of the breakfast room. We also ask that you enter the room without backpacks or similar bags.
For safety reasons and in compliance with regulations, devices that produce heat or open flames cannot be used in rooms.
It is also not possible to consume takeaway foods, including beverages, in the common areas of the facility.
Yes. At reception we will be happy to recommend selected restaurants, venues and addresses in Canazei and the surrounding area, depending on the type of cuisine and the experience you wish to have.
The Wellness Centre is open daily from 15:00 to 20:00 and is included in your stay.
Upon arrival you will also receive a wellness kit with bathrobe and slippers.
The pool is open every day from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 15.00 to 20.00
A perfect place to relax, swim or take a refreshing break after a day in Canazei.
The pool water has a constant temperature of 30°C.
The hydromassage in the wellness area reaches 33°C, while the environment is maintained at about 30°C.
The pool is accessible to guests of all ages. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
The Wellness Centre is reserved for guests aged 16 and over.
In the pool, a swimsuit and cap are mandatory. For the correct use of the Wellness Centre, please follow the instructions on site.
Yes, we accept small and medium-sized pets, according to the internal rules of the structure and up to a maximum of one per housing unit.

Yes. Albergo Alla Rosa has three outdoor areas where you can leave your car during your stay and experience Canazei comfortably on foot.
A covered garage is also available, with limited spaces and by reservation. We recommend that you request it as soon as possible.
The service involves a supplement of €20.00 per day.
Yes. We have two spaces reserved for charging electric cars.
Charging also follows the rhythm of the holiday and is therefore slow, up to a maximum of 22 kW. The service includes a surcharge calculated based on the kWh used.
For a quicker charge, we’ll be happy to point out the public charging stations available nearby.
You can leave your bike in our dedicated storage.
If you prefer to keep it with you, you can also take it to your room, as long as it is clean and dry. We ask you to pay attention to the walls, floors and furnishings, so as to leave the room in excellent condition for the next guests.
The service does not entail surcharges, but any damages will be charged.
