El Cianton - Here is the Spring - Tasting Menù

From 22nd March to 1st April we want to celebrate the spring with a new tasting menù

Due to service reasons we can only wait the menù on the entire table

The price: € 60,00 per person drinks included or € 85,00 per person drinks included (1 glass of each matchng wine ond 0,33 water)

Smoled poached quail egg, asparagus in three different solidity and black truffle



First courses

Matching wine: Pinot Bianco - Weissburgunder "Vorberg" - Terlan


Extra old Piave cheese risotto and vegetables marinated with citrus fruits


Ravioli with local ricotta fresh cheese and prawnd, fava beans, peas and candied lemon



Second course

Matching wine: Pinot Nero - Blauburgunder Riserva "Trattmann Mazon" - Girlan


Lamb honey spare ribs with almonds crust, smashed violet potatoes, mesclunsalad and apples
